Unfortunately, although we offer free shipping on your orders, the Canadian Government as you all know is extremely greedy and only wants you to be able to keep a very, very small portion of your money at the end of the day. Duties that are charged for parcels coming from our fulfillment centres in the US, are just the Canadian Governmnets way of digging their hands deeper into your pockets for more and more. This is very rare, if it happens we encourage you to reach out to Border Services. We are extremely sorry for this, but we feel it too, from every possible angle!

This frustrates us to the core, and we've been all the way to the end of the rabbit hole on this one. Again, as stated in the the "Duties on Orders" section. We do everything we can to eleviate the burden of the extra costs getting thrown at us all these days, but when you come up against Governments, and Government backed Corporations, they make the rules. We have been told its called "Shipping & Handling" for a reason, and just because we provide our super wicked awesome and loyal customers with free shipping, does not mean that even though the shipping price has already been paid, they can't smack us with an additional handling fee as well... it doesn't happen often, but if it does, we encourage you to reach out to Border Services.
